Quarterly Updates
New: July 2025 update
Highlights: 3,336 petitions and counting (including petitions and individuals engaged with county behavioral health services); permanent housing increased from 46% to 56%; system partners are now half of all petitioners.
July-September 2024 update
Highlights: every county will implement the CARE Act by December 1; 785 petitions and counting; first graduation. (Also available in Spanish)
June 2024 update
Highlights: expansion is on schedule; 500 petitions and counting; San Diego success story. (Also available in Spanish)
March 2024 update
Highlights: 375 petitions and counting; people are being connected to services without petitions; San Mateo and Kern counties will implement ahead of schedule. (Also available in Spanish)
