AOC Briefings – Sharing Information About Children in Foster Care
The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) completed policy papers on the challenge and promise of confidentiality law and policy in the areas of education, health care, substance abuse, and mental health. These papers focus on information sharing among child welfare, the courts, and local and state agencies as it pertains to children in foster care.
